10-Year Anniversary Weekend

The F3 10-Year Anniversary Convergence Weekend is October 8-10 hosted by F3 Cape Fear (Wilmington, NC).

 

Below are examples of a few of the activities planned for the awesome weekend. You are welcome to attend any or all the events.

GTE 24 (The Mutha) took F3 Metro (Charlotte) by storm earlier this month. Read the backblast from GTE 24 here.

Expansion Update

Since last newsletter release, F3 Nation has:

  • Added 31 workouts (now 2,846)
  • Added 7 new regions (now 193) across three continents
  • The first beatdown in the United Kingdom took place 8/17 in Guildford, Surry, UK.
  • We believe we are now serving over 48,000 men worldwide!

Welcome our newest regions: Tornado Alley (Oklahoma), South Fork (CA), and Alliance (Texas). We'd also like to officially welcome Katy (Texas), Plymouth (NC), Marco (NC), and Anderson (SC). They've been around awhile, but they are now on the map. If your region isn't on the site, contact [email protected].

Persuasion (Q3.6)


The Initiation of First Movement


Persuasion is the third of the four F3 Leadership Skills. It is the Effective Leader’s ability to initiate Movement toward an Advantage that he has first Visualized and then Articulated to his Group. If he has done so Competently, the Members have a clear understanding of the Movement required to achieve the superior condition the Leader sees and they don’t like it, because they fear that it will cause them Pain and Chaos. Yet, through Persuasion, the Effective Leader convinces them to abandon their Status Quo, even though they want to stay right where they are.
