10-Year Anniversary Convergence

The F3 10-Year Anniversary Convergence Weekend is October 8-10 hosted by F3 Cape Fear (Wilmington, NC). This will be the largest contingent of F3 men in one location EVER! Make a point to be part of history by signing up today!


Here's what you need to know:

Cost is $175 if you sign up before 8/5 and includes dinner on Friday night, breakfast following the Saturday morning convergence, the CSAUP events Saturday morning, breakout sessions Saturday afternoon, dinner Saturday night with guest speakers, an awesome t-shirt, overnight ruck Saturday, and Sunday morning breakfast following a PAX-led church service for those interested.


This is the first time we have ever pulled so many men together for an event, but we need YOU to sign up.

F3 Foundation Survey

F3 Foundation is undergoing a strategy and planning phase and input from the PAX is critical to this process. By taking a short survey (5 min of your time) we can better identify the charitable causes F3 should support at a regional/local level, strengths we can build upon, and growth areas we need to address, all of which are critically important as we continue expanding, sustaining and enhancing F3 Nation for the invigoration of male community leadership.

F3 Nairobi

You men have answered the call to buy a shirt and share a shirt for our brothers in Kenya. At the time of this newsletter, 137 shirts have been sold and 137 will be donated to our brothers in Nairobi!

 

The cut off for ordering is July 12. Be sure to place your order today. The challenge is 200 shirts. Make it so.

 

Expansion Update

Since last newsletter release, F3 Nation has:

  • Added 48 workouts (now 2,737)
  • Added 5 new regions (now 185)
  • Is in conversations with men in Costa Rica, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Spain, and England
  • Is planning launches is Oklahoma and Maine.
  • We believe we are now serving 46,000 men worldwide!

Lead Right (Q3)


The Practice Of Virtuous Leadership


Leadership is Influencing Movement to Advantage. To do that Effectively, a man must Competently apply the Leadership Skills:

First, he must have Vision, which is the ability to recognize Advantage and the Movement required to achieve it. 

Second, he must be capable of Articulation, which is the act of describing his Vision to others.

Third, he possess the means of Persuasion, which is the initiation of first Movement.

Fourth, because Movement produces uncontrollable circumstances, the Leader knows that Obstacles (Problems that impede Movement) will inevitably arise. An Effective Leader is ready to use Exhortation to incentivize his followers to breach Obstacles and maintain Momentum toward Advantage.

 

Freed to Bleed - We Need You


Did you know that since FreedToBleed started a little over a year ago in partnership with Red Cross, we have held 64 drives across F3 Nation, with another 15 drives scheduled? That amounts to almost 2,900 units of blood, and that’s 8,700 lives saved! But we can do more. Our goal is 15,000 lives saved. To do that, we only need to hold an additional 60 drives for the second half of the year. But we need your help.


It only takes one PAX to step up and make a drive happen in their region. It’s really easy and surprisingly not at all time consuming. But more importantly, holding a drive is a profound commitment to the community, and it is a great 2nd F. It’s in our DNA to do this!


So here’s what we’re asking. If you’re interested in helping lead a drive in your community, you don’t have to commit to anything now.  All we ask you to do is participate in a Microsoft Teams call on July 13 at 11:00 to find out more about what hosting a drive is all about. This call is with Angela Powley, CEO of Red Cross Blood Services of the Greater Carolinas. You’ll hear first hand from the Red Cross and other drive leaders about their experiences.
